Phit memebership terms & conditions
Phit hope our customers will be completely satisfied with all purchases. We carry out quality check on all goods prior to sending, however if in the unlikely event of finding a faulty item on receipt, please contact us immediately and we will replace it (or provide a Phit online shopping voucher where replacement is not available).
 
Note: Replacement is available only if contact is made within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will not replace items where they appear to have been used/worn.
 
We do not provide exchange/refund for change of mind purchases.
 
We try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible. In the event of finding stock unavailablity after a successful online purchase, customer will be notified via email as soon as possible and be offered a full refund, exchange or the option of making an order for the item where applicable.
 
Payment Policy:
Payment must be made within five working days, or the purchase will expire and be automatically cancelled.
For an order to be accepted, payment should be made within five working days of the order date. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of the order.
